MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA – 25 September 2018. Emmett Trades is pleased to launch MetaTrader 5 (MT5) to its suite of platforms. Traders can now download, and use Emmett Trades MT5 along with Emmett Trades MT4, as well as Emmett Trades’ Webtrader, on any device or browser.

Chief Executive Officer, Christopher Gore, noted that while he continues to see solid demand for MetaTrader 4, there’s little doubt that MT5 is an all-round better platform from both a front and back end perspective.

“MT5 has true multi-asset capabilities and a highly configurable back-office, which is essential for our future product expansion plans. We were one of the first licensee in Australian to purchase the MT5 license, but unrelenting demand for MT4 kept the project on the backburner for some years. I think it’s a rather important step given our intent to roll out CFD shares in the near term”, Gore added.

MetaTrader 5 is a multi-asset platform that allows clients to trade forex, stocks and futures as CFDs. It offers superior tools for comprehensive price analysis, use of algorithmic trading applications (trading robots, Expert Advisor) and copy trading.
